Tempo run this morning! It felt really good. I’ve read a few things about how tempos should be about 80-90% effort run (30-40 seconds off race pace) for 20 minutes, so I’ve been doing that for the past few weeks. I ended up reaching three miles at about 20:30, so that was a real confidence booster. I really want to reach a sub 19 three mile this year. I just need to stay mentally healthy and focused.
