Personal:

I really like llamas and dad jokes. My favorite movies are Sharknado 2 and Labrynth (both are cinematic masterpieces and I 10/10 recommend them). I’ve been running for just over three years now and love it.

Today was time trials. I was actually very happy with my time even though I wanted faster. My lower back and hamstrings tightened up during the race. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't go faster. That's was to be expected though. I never do well when I take time off. Also, since I wasn't allowed to cross train, I had a lot of lactic acid build up. So all things considered, it was an awesome race. My team did well too. It is very encouraging. I think if we keep working and pushing, we could qualify for state.
