Today was a nice long run with Jacia and Reagen. Mile warm up with dynamics and then we did a 7.5 mile run. The pace wasn't as fast as it should have been, but we weren't too far off. This course was more hilly than usual so it was a nice change. After we finished that we cooled down for a mile to get the 9.5 and then some dynamic and static stretching.

Today was pretty easy. It was a mile warm up, core, and an easy 2.5 mile run. Tomorrow is either a tempo or another long run day so I didn't want to be too sore. Plus, my legs were dead from yesterday. I found out our average pace was an 8:38 which is only four seconds off the normal long run pace. I need to get a slow long run in this week. Got home and binged watched Criminal Minds for a while. My PTSD kicked in and I had brief flashbacks to my night run during Ragnar....

Today was a mile warm up, four mile repeats at 6:40ish average pace, and then a mile cool down. I felt really, really good. The last repeat hurt a lot though, that wasn't fun. Otherwise it was a great workout.

Roadkill Statistics:

Sorry y'all but no running on the road today, so sadly there were no dead animals to count.

Today was pretty easy: Mile warm up and dynamics followed by core. After that it was an easy two mile run and then cool down dynamics.

Roadkill Statistics:

There was sadly no roadkill today besides a dead rabbit that's been in the same spot for days.

Today was originally going to be another long run, but instead we did a 4 mile fartlek type thing. After a mile warm up, we set out. We did our fartlek in half mile incriments. I was super happy that I hit all of my goal paces. Cooled down for about .75 and then played an intense game of ultimate frisbee after. That added about another half mile.

Met up with Reagen and McKenna this morning for a quick run. After a mile warm up and dynamics, we did the five mile loop. The evil goats were there again, but they stayed quiet so no aggressive bleating. 3/4 mile cool down to end our run and then some dynamic and static stretching. It was an overall good run.
